the sooner the better :) however, we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance.

a typical rental period is up to 48 hours depending on availablity. anything past that time frame is subject to an additional rental fee.

if you need to cancel, SAD! but if you give us at least a weeks notice, we will reimburse your initial deposit. if you cancel less than than that time period, refunds will not be reimbursed.
